JOB FUNCTIONS
Acts as the Regional Research Focal Person of the Field Office, the Secretariat of the Research and Development Technical Working Group (RD-TWG), and facilitates the conduct of research requests, internal and external, on DSWD programs and services requests based on DSWD Research Protocol Assumes full supervisory responsibility for the section's personnel and daily operations in the Section Head's absence due to leave or official duty.
Prepares comprehensive technical documents on reviewed, analyzed, and consolidated plans and reports from ODUS
Monitors and tracks the status and progress of FO and Division-level accomplishments against targets and standards.
Conducts validation (e.g., consultation, spot checks) to verify and assess accomplishment reports.
Assists in drafting internal policies and guidelines and consolidates feedback on
Central Office-initiated directives.
Attends meetings/activities and performs task of secretariat or technical support staff for FO representatives.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor
JOB OUTPUTS
Consolidated statistical and narrative reports based on received reports from Offices, Divisions, Sections, and Units (ODSU) and LGUs;
Comprehensive feedback reports on attended activities and technical assistance provided to LGUs and ODSUs on research, planning, monitoring, and evaluation;
Technical documents required by Central Office, legislators and oversight agencies;
Updated inventory of facilitated research with complete supporting documents;
Presentation material and communication letters/memorandum based on the analysis of received reports, findings, and recommendations; and
Technical and administrative documents from secretariat functions
REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
