Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Supervise, manage and monitor all financial, procurement and administrative management activities for the General Services Section.
Lead in the conduct and preparation of work and financial plans, reportorial requirements -HMES, Narrative Reports, Section Annual, Semestral and Quarterly reports
Train and develop local staff to enable them to use and manage internal systems and procedures relative to ISO-SOPs
Assists the Division Chief in the development of plans and execution/implementation of policies and procedures relating to general services
Oversees the efficient conduct of all transportation management, janitorial services, security management while ensuring compliance with government regulations pertaining to public procurement.
Ensure all project administrative activities are coordinated effectively
Ensures that the office record system is functional, accessible and up to date;
Ensure that all incoming and outgoing communications including mails, electronic mails and internal correspondences are accurately recorded, filed, disseminated and properly acted on;
Leads in handling administrative requests and queries from clients and office personnel with regular feedback and report to immediate supervisor.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management.
Serves as member in Regional Committees
Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or head of office.

Memoranda, Proposals, TOR and other office communications.
Improvement in workforce productivity
Work and Financial Plan of the Unit; and
Presentations, status report, and other technical documents.
