JOB FUNCTIONS
Planning and Performance Management Section
Facilitate the screening of applicants (conduct of Competency-based Interviews, paper review of applications, assessment and consolidation of longlist and shortlist of applicants);
Preparation of various HR paperwork such as screening/deliberation, notice of publication and posting, recruitment plan of activities, appointment, oath of office, etc.
Review submitted reports as requirement for processing of appointments
Monitoring of status of vacancies and turn around time in filling-up vacancies
Coordination to program on the status of submission of IPCR/CCEF, status of vacancies and other concerns.
Assist in Training and Consultation Activities
Provide assistance in organizing and conducting training, seminars, and consultations in the assigned LGUs to strengthen program delivery and local capacity.
Perform other related tasks
Execute additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth functioning of the procurement process within the Supplementary Feeding Program.
