Education : Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018) or Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)

JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the head in day-to-day activities requiring office management.
Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications;
Types/encodes and files communications;
Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to other units;
Manages calendar and schedules of meetings, seminars, conferences;
Coordinates travel and logistics for official trips, including booking travel, preparing 7. itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports
Manage documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion
Oversees general office processes within the division, tracks the use of office supplies, DR submissions and Admin staff trainings
Serves as the liaison between offices and internal/external partners
Assisting with special projects and activities by coordinating resources and tracking progress
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Division Chief

Schedule of activities, expense reports, memorandum
Minutes of meeting, Notice of meeting
