QUALIFICATIONS
Eligibility : Career Service (Subprofessional) First Level Eligibility
Education : Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018) or Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant work experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepares simple routinary communication, minutes of the meeting and feedback reports;
Coordinate with other offices, divisions, sections and units in the furtherance of the office’s functions;
Acts as the designated Procurement focal staff, and as such, performs related functions i.e. preparation of purchase requests, PPMP, market scoping, etc.
Acts as the designated Property and Supply focal staff and as such performs related functions such as monitoring of property and supply distribution and movement, preparation and submission of inventory of supplies and equipment and other compliance documentary requirements, etc.
Facilitates action/response on queries, documents and requests from other ODSUs;
Attends to visitors/clients seeking assistance from the office;
Monitor utilization of cash advance of the ARDO;
Updating of the virtual library of the ARDO;
Contributes to the process improvement efforts within the Operations Cluster;
Acts as Alternate in Records Management and as such prepares inventory of records holding;
Acts on concerns of the office requiring immediate action in the absence of the Executive Assistant;
Attends meeting related to and assists the ARDO during major events of the Operations Cluster
Assists the office in the performance of its functions, as deemed needed

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
