JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Prepare and cook variety foods according to prescribed menu.

2. Prepare foods based on the cycle menu and assist meal distribution to residents. 

3. Conduct inspection, accept, clean and properly store food upon delivery. 

4. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation of the kitchen area.

5. Conduct inventory of food supplies and observed first in first out (FIFO) and first to expire first out (FEFO) principle. 

6. Conduct inspection of food storage and submit report for immediate action.

7. Ensure food safety and general upkeep in the dietary work place.

8. Attendance to meeting, Talakayan, conference and seminars.

9. Conduct inventory of supplies and equipment for serviceable and non-serviceable for disposal. 

10.   Ensure personal hygiene (use of hairnet, short nails, apron, plastic mask, etc.)

11. Prepare food for visitors and guest, as need arises. 

12. Assist and monitor visitors during outreach program/feeding activities. 

13. Implement 7S Practice of Good Housekeeping. 

14. Prepare monthly, semestral and annual individual accomplishment report. 

15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

JOB OUTPUT

1. Plans menu in coordination with the Nutritionist-Dietitian

2. Prepares and cook meals

3. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen

4. Maintain clean and proper management and storage of food supplies and kitchen wares

5. Prepares and submit inventory report

6. Prepares and submit accomplishment report, feedback/ incident report 

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

2. Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 with an attached Work Experience Sheet indicating your previous works);

3. Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);

4. Certificate(s) of Trainings/Seminars attended and Employment;

5. Certificate(s) of Board Rating/Professional License/CS Eligibility (if applicable only);

6. Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed (if applicable only); and

7. Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form - Ratings for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/institution; or GMC for new graduates.
