भाषा / Language: मिली-जुली (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) Mixed (Hindi and English) (कोर्स में कुछ भाग सिर्फ हिन्दी में या सिर्फ अंग्रेजी में भी हो सकते हैं) (Some parts of the course can be Only in Hindi OR Only in English)

उम्र / Age: 15 वर्ष या उससे अधिक / 15 years or more

कोर्स का शुल्क / Course Fee: रुपए 105/- (रुपए एक सौ पाँच) Rs. 105/- (Rupees One Hundred and Five)

प्रतिभागिता का प्रमाणपत्र पाने हेतु निम्नलिखित आवश्यकताएँ पूर्ण करनी होंगी (सिर्फ प्रतिभागिता का ई-प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा) The following conditions have to be fulfilled in order to get Certificate of Participation (only e-certificate of participation will be given):

* उपस्थिति / Attendance: कम से कम 60% / At least 60%

* ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में अंक / Marks in the Online Examination: कम से कम 50% / At least 50%

* कोर्स के अंत में फीडबैक फॉर्म भरना / Filling the Feedback Form at the end of the Course

* फीडबैक फॉर्म में अपने फोटो पहचान-पत्र की प्रति प्रदान करना (आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, आदि), जिसमें उम्र का भी प्रमाण हो / Providing a copy of your Photo-ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) (which also has your Age proof) in the Feedback Form

नोट:

* कोर्स के समाप्त होने की तिथि से दस दिन के अंदर - फीडबैक फॉर्म अवश्य भर दिया जाना चाहिए

* कोर्स के समाप्त होने की तिथि से बीस दिन के अंदर - ऊपर दी गई आवश्यकताएँ पूर्ण करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को, प्रतिभागिता का ई-प्रमाणपत्र, ईमेल द्वारा भेजा जाएगा

*‌ कोर्स के समाप्त होने की तिथि से तीस दिन के अंदर - कोर्स से संबंधित जो भी प्रश्न प्राप्त होंगे (प्रतिभागिता का ई-प्रमाणपत्र, आदि से संबंधित प्रश्न), उनका उत्तर दिया जाएगा - (कोई भी प्रश्न, जो इस अवधि के उपरांत प्राप्त होगा, उस प्रश्न पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जाएगी)

Note:

* Within ten days from the date of completion of the course - the Feedback Form must be filled

* Within twenty days from the date of completion of the course - e-certificate of participation will be sent via email, to those participants, who will fulfill the above mentioned conditions

* Within thirty days from the date of completion of the course - any question related to the course (about e-certificate of participation, etc.) will be answered - (any question that will be received after this duration, will not be entertained)

* कोर्स के अंत में जो फीडबैक फॉर्म भरा जाना है, उसमें मैं अपने सचित्र पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, आदि) (जिसमें मेरी उम्र का भी प्रमाण होगा) की प्रति प्रदान करूँगी / करूँगा

* मैं सहमत हूँ कि कोर्स का शुल्क जमा हो जाने के बाद, यह शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा

* मैं सारे नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत हूँ

* I agree that Course Fee once paid will not be Refunded
