If you will have a child entering Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year, there will be a Parent Information Night held in the Dallas High School Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 6:00pm. The Registration Portal will be open for Kindergarten ONLY after the Parent Information Night on March 18, 2025.
If you will have a child (or children) entering grades 1 through 12 for the 2025-2026 school year, the Registration Portal will open after the current school year ends in June 2025. We ask that you wait until your child's (or children's) current school year is complete before beginning the registration process into the Dallas School District. Thank you!

We’re excited to have you join the #DNATION, and we look forward to meeting you. Whether you’re new to our area, returning from a cyber charter or private school, or simply have a child ready for kindergarten, you will need to complete the registration process.
2024-2025 K-12th Grade Registration Processing
Online Pre-Registration Link - https://parentsis.csiu-technology.org/DALS
For families with students currently enrolled in the Dallas School District, click Online Pre-Registration Link, log into your Parent Portal account, and click on the "Register New Student" Button on the center right your portal home screen.
For new families to the Dallas School District, click Online Pre-Registration Link and then click on the "Online Registration" link which is located below the Parent Portal login.
If you do not have a Parent Portal Account or cannot remember your username and password, click Online Pre-Registration Link and then click on the "Online Registration" link which is located below the Parent Portal login.
Use Google Chrome for best results. Apple devices will not work. Cellular phones will not work. You must submit the form within 60 minutes or the form will timeout due to inactivity.
**AFTER COMPLETING THE CSIU ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS**
Please gather your supporting documentation (see Registration Requirements below), complete and print the Registration Packet (also below), and then call 570-674-7255 to make an appointment to complete the registration process.
Registration Requirements
Birth Certificate for each child
Immunization Record for each child
Any applicable custody documentation
Parent/Guardian's government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID card, passport, etc. -- will be used to verify identity, not residence)
Proof of Residency -- We require two (2) from the following list:
Recorded deed indicating address of residence and name(s) of property owner(s)
Lease agreement (must be signed by tenant and landlord)
Mortgage statement
Utility bill clearly indicating the residence to which services are being supplied (gas, electric, water, cable, internet, cell phone, garbage/sewer, etc.)
Vehicle insurance (must not be expired)
Current income check stubs (from wages, public assistance, social security, or other source of income)
Current year's municipal property/school tax statement
Bank statement (current within 30 days)
Health insurance statement (current within 30 days)
Income tax return (must be signed and must be for the current or immediately preceding tax year)
Driver's licenses / IDs are not acceptable proofs of residency, unless it is an official Real ID issued by PennDOT.
Registration Packet
Please make an appointment to register your child(ren) after printing and completing the forms below. If you are unable to print the documents, please inform us when scheduling your appointment so we can have the registration paperwork ready when you arrive.
Immunization Requirements
We abide by the immunization requirements set forth by the state of Pennsylvania. We require all students enrolled in our schools to be immunized in accordance with state law and will verify your child’s immunizations at the time of registration.
