Existing Registered Families
As our year moves from the cold days of winter to the warm days of spring, we are reminded of God’s presence in the faces of the children and of the profound role we have as their parents and teachers. As you are aware, this is also the time of year that the School Board’s Finance Committee, as well as Monsignor Camp, Jean Grasso, and I discuss in great length the budget for the next school year. The main part of the budget review process is the tuition piece which involves many different components.
After much discussion, deliberation, careful thought and prayer, the continued desire to provide your children with the highest level of faith-based education in a safe and nurturing environment necessitated the approval of a 3% tuition increase for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. This increase will allow us to account for increases in teachers’ salaries and medical benefits, enhanced security services, teacher assistants in the classroom, as well as improvements and updates to our classroom technology and campus infrastructure. I trust you will agree that these are essential and unique components of the academically excellent and faith-filled education that we offer at St. Patrick’s School.
Re-Registration for the 2018-2019 school has now begun. In order to register your child(ren), we ask that you read all information in Existing Registered Families Folder on our website, complete and sign the Parental Agreement signature page. Please return it to the school office along with a check/cash in payment of the non-refundable Tuition Deposit - $300 per student in Pre-K through 8th Grade, and $250 per student in the Nursery School by April 13, 2018.
1. Parental Agreement – This form sets forth the obligations of all St. Patrick’s School parents. Please send in with the Tuition Deposit.
2. FACTS – St. Patrick’s School is once again using the FACTS payment Program. Please log onto your FACTS account and review your information. Please DO NOT create a new account. If you have any changes, please notify Arlene Feeser (631) 385-3311 ext. 289. Your original agreement authorizes FACTS to continue processing payments upon receipt of your Parental Agreement/Tuition Deposit. The Tuition and Fee Schedule is included in this folder.
3. Re-Registration Checklist – Please refer to the check list online to ensure that your re-registration is complete.

If you are in need of tuition assistance, we strongly encourage you to submit a student aide application to the Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation. Please visit online.factsmgt.com/aid to create a FACTS login and complete your application electronically or on the website, www.tomorrowshopefoundation.org/how-to-apply. Some tuition assistance may be available directly from St. Patrick’s School for families who have also applied to Tomorrow’s Hope first. If you wish to discuss the possibility of obtaining financial assistance from St. Patrick’s School, please contact Monsignor Steven Camp at extension 214. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
I strongly encourage you to continue to faithfully support the St. Patrick’s School fundraising efforts to the extent that your means allow.
