To request a copy of your child's Access ID and Access Password please create a helpdesk ticket by clicking the link here: Help Desk Ticket (At this time, only 4th-8th Grades have grades that will appear on PowerSchool Parent Portal.)

  • Please be sure to write down your username and password. It is case sensitive. We cannot access your password after you create so there is no way for us to recover it for you.
  • Please note that the forgot username or password link on PowerSchool does not work. Please contact the Technology Help Desk at the link below to request assistance.

Adding a Child to Your Existing PowerSchool Account

To add another child to your EXISTING POWERSCHOOL account you will first need to get the child's Access ID and Password from the help desk then follow the instructions found here. Instructions for adding a child to Existing PowerSchool Account

Change Your Email Address on Your Existing PowerSchool Account

If you know the User Name and Password that you created, log into the PowerSchool Portal -

In the menu at the top, click on the tab Account Preferences. In the section for your Email, click in the box where your current email address is located. Remove the old email and type in a new email address. Click Save when finished.
