This Privacy Policy explains how DRK STUDIO ("we") handles information in the mobile game Block Gems (package id ai.drksistem.blockgems), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
In short: Block Gems has no user accounts and no servers of our own. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data that leaves your device is what Google's advertising (AdMob) and in-app purchase (billing) services collect so that rewarded ads and purchases can work.
1 - Information We Collect
(a) Information you provide: None. The game needs no sign-up, login, name, or email.
(b) Data stored locally on your device (never sent to us): high scores and level progress, daily streak and reward state, booster inventory, sound and vibration settings, and on-device gameplay counters used to tune difficulty. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes all of it.
(c) Data collected automatically by third-party services:
Google AdMob (rewarded ads): may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction/device information to serve and measure ads. The Android AD_ID permission is declared for this purpose.
- Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase (optional booster packs): the transaction is processed by Google or Apple. We receive only a confirmation of purchase, never your payment-card details.
We do NOT collect location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and we run no analytics server of our own.
2 - How We Use Information
To run the game and save your progress on your device.
- To show optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game boosts.
- To process optional in-app purchases.
- To schedule a local daily reminder notification (only if you allow notifications).
- To balance gameplay difficulty using counters kept on your device.
3 - Permissions (Android)
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: required for ads and purchases.
- AD_ID: advertising identifier for AdMob.
- VIBRATE: haptic feedback during gameplay.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: optional daily reminder (you may decline).
4 - Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by the third-party services above is handled by those providers under their own policies:

5 - Your Choices
Ads: reset or limit your advertising ID in device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
- Notifications: turn off the daily reminder in device settings or decline the permission.
- All local data: uninstall the game or clear its app data to erase everything.
6 - Children's Privacy
Block Gems is a casual puzzle game for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.
7 - Data Retention and Security
Because we keep no server, the local data described above lives only on your device until you remove it. Data processed by Google or Apple is retained per their policies. No electronic storage is 100% secure, but we limit exposure by keeping the game offline-first and account-free.
8 - International Users
Google and Apple may process data on servers in various countries. By using the game you understand that ad and purchase data may be processed where those providers operate.
9 - Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
