Spanish II

For this assignment, I was tasked to create 2 recipe cards for two dishes from my assigned Spanish‐speaking country, which was Puerto Rico. I was able to utilize my Spanish skills to write simple step‐by‐step directions in Spanish. I also researched each dish to learn about its traditional ingredients and authentic preparation 

In this assignment, me and a partner were assigned a Spanish speaking country, ours was Peru, and we were tasked to plan out a week long trip there. In Spanish, we described the flight options, housing options, and activity opportunities. We decribes the location, prices, and food available.

For this assignment, I was tasked with creating a 12-page storybook that demonstrates storytelling skills in Spanish. I first wrote an outline of my story in Spanish, then wrote and arranged simple sentences for each page in the correct order. Finally, I filled in the booklet and added illustrations to match the text. This project strengthened my Spanish by expanding my vocabulary, improving my sentence structure, and boosting my confidence in writing and narrating in a new language.
