For this Spanish assignment, I created a children's book by writing a simple story and adding illustrations to match. I used vocabulary, past tense verbs, and basic sentence structures to make the story easy to understand for young readers. Through the process, I learned how to simplify language while still making it engaging and grammatically correct. One challenge was making sure my grammar was accurate and choosing the right words to match the tone and reading level. 

In this assignment we were assigned country's that are located in South America to find their dishes that were popular in that area. I was assigned Panama which is their main dish is Sancocho de Gallina & Bistec de Higado Encebollado, They have used it for hangovers, comfort, and it has always been a dish that was made in Panama. While completing this assignment some challenges I had was trying to find their recipes considering they don't eat the same as we do.
