In Geometry, my partner Patricia Cox and I researched Ancient Rome, focusing on Roman architecture and the geometric principles behind its construction. We explored how the landscape and innovative engineering techniques shaped the civilization, examining the arches, domes, and other structural elements that made Roman design so influential. Our presentation included historical background and answered five key questions about Roman architecture, highlighting the use of geometric forms in structures like the Colosseum and aqueducts. To connect this project with our literature class, we used our architectural drawings as visual backgrounds in a short film, creatively blending math, history, and storytelling.**
