Fame 

I served as the Assistant Stage Manager for our school’s production of Fame. As part of the project, I wrote a reflection about my experience. I shared both the positive and challenging parts of the role—like helping coordinate backstage tasks and dealing with last-minute changes. I also offered suggestions for how we could be more organized in future productions. This experience taught me a lot about teamwork, time management, and the behind-the-scenes work that goes into putting on a successful show.
