The band saw can be used for cutting wood into pieces that you need it to cut into for example if your trying to build something you can use the band saw to cut into pieces into whatever measurement you want to. Three safety rules for the band saw is to wear safety googles/glasses, make sure that no one is touching you, and watch out for your fingers when your cutting.

Nail Gun - The nail gun can be used for connecting to pieces of wood that you need to be connect, and it can be used to build things by making sure that those objects don't fall off. 3 safety rules for the nail gun is wear safety googles/glasses, making sure that your hands aren't under the object, and making sure that your foot isn't under the object.

The table saw is used for cutting large pieces of wood into shorter pieces of wood, and the table saw does this be having a saw blade that rotates, and then you would push the wood into the saw blade, and we used it by pushing the wood into the saw blade, and then we would have another person on the other side to get the other side of the wood, and then they would start pulling the wood, so that the wood would cut in half. Some safety rules that you need for the table saw is that you need to have safety glasses on, and you need to cover up anything that is hanging from your body like a tie or necklace.    

The planer saw is basically a saw that makes your wood thinner to what ever length you want it to be, and the planer saw does this by sanding down your wood rapidity, but you have to keep putting your wood through the planer saw though, so that it can sand down your wood. The safety rules for the planer saw is that you have to wear safety glasses, and today we used this earplugs because the planer saw was to loud.  

Today in class we used the planer saw to make our piece of wood one inch, and we had to keep putting the piece of wood through the machine multiple times by letting it go through, and going behind the machine to repeat the processes  

The miter saw is a saw that spins around, and you pull the trigger that's on the handle, and then you use the handle to push the saw down into the wood, and you can use the miter saw to cut pieces of wood into smaller pieces of wood. Some safety rules that you need for the miter saw is wearing safety googles and making sure that no one touches you while your using the miter saw.  

The biscuit joiner is a machine that you push the saw into, and then it will make a hole into the wood, and when you make the hole it creates this extra space, so then when your trying to connect the pieces of wood you put the wood biscuit into the holes that you made when you were pushing the saw into the wood, and then you push the two pieces of wood together, and you also need to make sure that you keep the saw down on the table. The safety rules for the biscuit saw is that you need to wear safety glasses, and you need to make sure that no one is touching you.     

The orbital sander is used to make pieces of wood to feel nice and smooth, and to basically make it feel like one piece that's together, and it does this by rotating a piece of sander in a 360 degree, and then you have to move the sander around so then it can go to every spot. Some do's to do for the orbital sander is you have to keep moving it around, and try not to keep it in one place, and make sure that your on a level area, and do make sure that you have on safety glasses, and you need to make sure that the sander is on correctly. Some do not's for the orbital sander is to nut touch the sander when its rotating, and another don't.

Wood putty is used for filling in spaces in your pieces of wood, and once you do these you'll be able to go back to the process of what you were doing without having to worry about their being holes in you wood. Some do's for wood putty is to use the tool for wood putty, and to make sure that once you place the wood putty your supposed to smooth it out, and then after that you scrap off all of the the excess wood putty. Some don'ts for the wood putty is to not add to much wood putty on your wood, and another don't for wood putty is to not use your hands. Wood putty is made out of wood glue and saw

Wood stain is used for painting your wood with a material that like paint, but instead it is used for painting wood, and some do's that you have to do is that you have to wear gloves and an apron so that the paint doesn't get on you clothes, and some don'ts for wood stain is that you don't put it on your skin, and your also not supposed to get a lot of paint for when your painting your wood, because if you get to much pain then you will have to much paint on your wood.

The drill is used for creating holes in your wood so then you'll be able to put a screw in the wood, and once you do this you'll be able to put different things on your wood, and some do's for the drill is wear safety glasses, an when you drilling you do have to make sure that your are drilling the correct way and not in revers and do make sure that you have the drilling pieces on correctly, and some don'ts for the drill is don't let it over heat it, and don't drill to far into your wood to the point to were there is a whole in both sides of your wood, because if you do that then you won't be able you put your screw in.
