For this project, we were tasked to create a persuasive slideshow to convince our peers to visit our selected country for a week. We were allowed to work with a partner of choice, but our country was randomized. One thing I learned from this is that it is actually very challenging to travel to Cuba. I had to use my previous vocabulary to formulat esentences about someplace I was learning about. This helped me to use new vocabulary about food directions, and positive adjectives. My partner (Lauren Howard) and I received Cuba. Attached to the left is our final slideshow, which, paired with our presentation, won the popular vote.
