I chose to do the Guernica Project. I chose to do the Guernica project because the drawing was fun and we had to interact with people in our group which was also fun.I enjoyed working together to recreate a famous piece of art and seeing how everyone's part came together in the end. It helped me learn more about teamwork and how art can tell a powerful story. The project also taught me about Picasso’s message and how he used art to express his feelings about war.
The Food for Thought project is an art activity where students use food or food-related themes to create a meaningful piece of artwork. The goal is to make people think about important topics, such as healthy eating, food waste, hunger, or cultural traditions related to food. Students can use different materials and techniques to express their message creatively. This project helps students understand how art can be used to raise awareness and share ideas about real-world issues in a visual and impactful way.
