5 Components of Health Related Fitness Guided Tour

Find a group of 4 or 5
Create a presentation in Artsteps on the 5 components of Health Related Fitness
Each component should have a wall of its own
Walls should contain picture, short video, definition, title and audio from Guided tour
Create a guided tour that walks the viewer through your 5 Components of Fitness Room
Post your link to your Artsteps room here
Present the room to Mr. Harris (Everyone in your group must have a part in the presentation!!!!
