Description of my political/physical map of Andorra...
Andorra, a country located on the border between France and Spain in Southwestern Europe, is a coregency held by leaders in France and Spain. Its tourism industry and tobacco exportation has made the country quite popular, while its low crime rates and highly capable police force also make it one of the safest countries in the world. Andorra’s capital, Andorra la Vella, was seen as an important location in the country before it came to become the capital, but when Andorra accepted a sovereign democracy, this city was recognized as the new capital. Andorra uses a social welfare system to help elders due to the aging population and to encourage people to work. Women are rarely involved in the political decisions of the government because of a lack of women in this area. In the mountains, there is deforestation and less forest because of overgrazing and soil erosion.
Description of my political/physical map of Pakistan...
Pakistan is a country in Southern Asia that consists of seven provinces, the most populated one being Punjab where more than half the country’s population resides. Each province has its own set of unique traits, like how typically people are immigrating from rural to urban areas in Punjab to better their economic opportunities. My map shows all of Pakistan’s provinces and some of the physical features that are in or surround each one, as well as, some very important cities in the country. One of these physical features would be the Himalayan Mountain Range which has the geography necessary to defend the capital, one reason causing Pakistan to move its capital from Karachi, a center of industry and the country’s largest city, to Islamabad. Pakistan struggles with many stability problems involving tension with India, its military’s terrorism connections, nucleur weapon security, floods, eletricity shortages, etc. Pakistan is engulfed in terrorism and corruption.
