The "ChemVas Cooks!" assignment was a ChemVAS (Chemistry and Art) collaboration project. For this project, we were put into groups of three and madep0000000000000[-0 food. We each were assigned a part of a three-course meal. I was assigned the main meal part and because my group decided on Mexican food, I chose to make tacos. We designed a menu and used food photography techniques for the art aspect of the project. Then, we connected food and cooking to chemistry. This part was a little harder because we had to make English metric conversions, determine if a certain process was a chemical or physical change, talk about how digital photography and film work, etc. Everything was to be transferred into presentation form in a slideshow and cooking video. Overall, this PBL project was really enjoyable! Below are my cooking video and slides!
