Food for Thought

The end goal of this project was to analyze the access to different foods in the world and how food deserts and swamps affect on different groups of people. All of the classes had assignment related to food and people being able to eat. For art my group and i made a collection of dishes inspired by the greek gods and their symbols.

Its related to the columbian exchange due to the idea that the greek gods were not known in the americas until after the columbian exchange. For this project we learned that being understated can be beautiful and art can be symbolic. If we had more time we would have made more cups and plates.
