In art we made potter. In my group there was Kayley, Chirsten, and Chrisette. We all made different pieces that eventually made a dining set and food. During this process we learned different pottery techniques. On the left is the project we made for art. The pottery we made was a representation of culture and items traded in the Columbian exchange.
In World Literature we made food and recipe cards that coordinated with our cultures. My group included Zani, Nicholas, and Kailyn. We chose to make curry dipped wings because it aligned with all of our cultural backgrounds. Nichos being curry and the rest of the groups ingredients being the wings. This project really showed the cultural identity that food possesses.
