What is IGNITE?

IGNITE Student Leadership is a program designed to empower students to grow as leaders, build confidence, and make a positive impact within their school and community. Through hands-on activities, workshops, and team-building exercises, IGNITE helps students develop essential skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. The program encourages participants to step out of their comfort zones, take initiative, and lead by example. I joined IGNITE this year to strengthen my leadership abilities and become more involved in shaping a positive school culture. It’s been a great opportunity to connect with other motivated students and learn how to lead with purpose and integrity.
