eLearning Awards

We believe that it is really important to recognise the development of our staff skills in the use of IT, both internally and using external accreditation.

We currently offer three levels of recognition.

• Core Awards are discrete in-house awards that recognise mastery of a series of essential skills.
• Challenge for eLearning (C4e) is for teachers who are confident in using new technologies in their work but who want to achieve excellence - it is a sister programme to Challenge for Outstanding.
• Leading eLearning recognises the people that have either led significant improvement in their team through the use of new technologies, or in their personal practice have achieved something exceptional that the whole Trust can learn from in defining how we will work in the future.
