- Go to https://agent.kw.com
- Enter your KW username and password.
- Click 'Sign In' to access your Command Dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, click the 'Opportunities' icon (handshake icon).
- Choose the Pipeline Stage (e.g., Listing, Buyer, or Lease).
- Click on the correct Opportunity Card for the client/transaction you're working on.
- Once inside the Opportunity, click the 'Documents' tab at the top.
- You'll see different compliance sections based on the Opportunity type:
- - Listing Agreement
- - Under Contract
- - Closed
- For each required document (e.g., Listing Agreement, Sales Contract, Disclosures):
- - Click the 'Add a File' button next to the checklist item.
- - Select the Source (Computer or Command Library).
- - Choose the correct File Type (PDF, JPEG, etc.)
- - Upload the correct document.
- After uploading all required items, click 'Submit to Market Center' to send documents for review.
- Rename files clearly before uploading (e.g., '123 Main - Listing Agreement.pdf').
- Click '+ Add Item' to include additional supporting documents not listed.
- Revisions needed? You'll get a status update like 'Returned' and can re-upload.
- Each uploaded document will show a status tag:
- - Uploaded (gray)
- - Submitted (blue)
- - Approved (green)
- - Returned (red - needs fixing)
