Controlled fermentation with skin contact at 71-75F in stainless steel tanks. Slightly aged in french oak barrels during 6 months and after in bottle.

Deep ruby with cherry tints.

Wild berries aroma.

Taste

Gentle toasted oak hints mixed with red fruits that makes it very easy to drink. Good balance with tannins and perfect structure.

Recommendations

Good pairing with seafood, white meats and pasta.
