As a former collegiate athlete, what drew me to this work was, ultimately, a desire to reduce the stigma of mental health across sport culture. Struggling with confidence, focus, or anxiety doesn't have to leave you feeling lost, isolated, or ashamed. I'm passionate about overall wellbeing, identity, multiculturalism, and advocacy. Whether you're experiencing a dip in your confidence or motivation, dealing with performance hurdles, or ready to take your game to the next level, I'm here to support you. My hope is you'll experience our work as warm, nonjudgemental, and encouraging (with a fair amount of humor sprinkled in). I look forward to being part of your next step.
