🪵 PLA — The Common & Trusted

A material most serviceable, easy to shape and true in form. It is well-suited for figures, tokens, displays, and such works that abide within doors. It holds fine detail most excellently, and is fair to look upon.

Best for: Statues, miniatures, decorations, props, and display pieces
Nature: Light, smooth, bright of colour; works well for painting or finishing

🪨 PETG — Tough & Resilient

A substance harder and more enduring, able to withstand weather, heat, and rough handling. It is strong as seasoned timber and bendeth not easily. Meet for works that must serve well and long, whether within or without.

Best for: Functional pieces, armour parts, wearable items, outdoor use, and things that bear weight or strain
Nature: Durable, flexible, water-resistant; withstands sun and rain

⚙️ ABS — Strong & Stout

A material of great strength and hardness, much like iron in its nature. It may be shaped, sanded, or painted, and endureth heavy use. Chosen for works that require solidity and firmness.

Best for: Heavy-duty parts, functional tools, sturdy props, and pieces needing great solidity
Nature: Very tough, heat-resistant, rigid

✨ Resin — The Finest Substance

Also called: Clear Gum, Bright Wax, Fine Amber-Substance

This is the most precious of all our materials, clear and pure as fine glass, hard and smooth as polished gemstone. It is shaped by light and skill, and captures every smallest mark, line, and carving — even the finest detail that other substances cannot hold. Most meet for works of great beauty, small relics, jewellery, amulets, and figures where every feature must be seen perfectly. It may be made clear, coloured, or shining, and when finished, it is fair to look upon, smooth, and ready to paint or adorn.

Best used for:

High-detail miniatures, dragons, knights, and small figures
Jewellery, amulets, tokens, and ceremonial pieces
Intricate carvings, runes, and delicate ornaments
Any work where sharpness, smoothness, and perfection are most desired

If your design be small, complex, or full of fine work — this is the substance you shall choose. It is the closest we come to carving from precious stone or casting in silver.

♻️ Of Waste, Substance, and Good Stewardship

How we use every part of our materials, and nothing is lost or cast aside

In our forge we work with great engines of craft: the X1‑Carbon and A1 — true and strong, shaping solid works with speed and skill. And for works of finest detail, we have the Photon M3 Plus — a marvel of light and precision, wherein every line, curve and smallest mark is made perfect, as if carved by a master’s hand.

In all craft there is some small part left over: supports, excess substance, empty holders, or bits trimmed away. But with us, nothing is cast aside as useless. All waste is fully recycled, melted down, and poured into moulds, to be made ready again for new works. It is born anew, as good and strong as the first time. Not an ounce is wasted; all serves its turn in our craft.

🪨 Of PLA, PETG & ABS — From Spool to New Work

Every scrap, end of strand, or spare piece that cometh from our X1C and A1 — we gather it all. Melted and cast again, it returns to be shaped once more, as good as new.

And when the spools that hold the material are empty? We do not throw them away. Instead, they are fashioned into sturdy cat toys — given new life, to bring joy and play to our four‑footed friends. What once held our craft now serves to delight; nothing is wasted, and all is turned to good purpose.

✨ Of Resin — Wrought in the Photon M3 Plus

This machine works by light, hardening the liquid substance layer by layer, finer than any thread. All liquid resin that remaineth unused is poured back into its vessel, kept safe, and used again — not a drop is spilled or lost. What hath hardened and may not be remelted we gather carefully, and deliver to those who shall dispose of it without harm to the earth. By exact measure and skill, we ensure almost none goeth to waste; and what little doth, is turned to good use elsewhere.

The Photon M3 Plus giveth us detail so fine, it rivaleth the work of jewellers and carvers of old — perfect for amulets, miniatures, and relics where every feature must be seen clear and true.

Scraps become new stock, empty spools become playthings, and all is done with care for the world around us.
