Silent Book Club - At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading. All readers are welcome—ebooks, audiobooks, textbooks, comic books... it's BYOBook. Monday, August 3rd @ 6:30pm in the Old Library. No registration required - drop in!
Beyond Cozy Book Club - We read a mix of light & popular fiction and books just a little beyond our comfort zone. New members are always welcome. Tuesday, August 4th @ 6:30pm in the Old Library. No registration required - drop in!
Non-Fiction Book Club - Our Non-Fiction Book Club meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. This is a virtual program via Zoom. New members are always welcome. Wednesday, August 5th @ 6:30pm on Zoom. Email askus@dracutlibrary.org for Zoom link.

Speculative Fiction Book Club - The Speculative Fiction Book Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. We'll be reading a wide selection of SciFi, Fantasy, Dystopian and otherwise fantastical works. Wednesday, August 19th @ 6:30pm in the Meeting Room. No registration required - drop in!
Wednesday Afternoon Book Club - This fiction and nonfiction book group meets on the last Wednesday of the month, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. New members are always welcome. Upcoming Teen Programs
Writing and Poetry Contest - Submit your original writing, poetry, or artwork for a chance to be published on our literary zine, The Dogwood, and to win a gift card! Email your submission to askus@dracutlibrary.org. Submissions due by Friday, August 14th.
Garden and Farm Photography Contest - Take pictures and show us the best farms and gardens you can find! Entries should be emailed to askus@dracutlibrary.org for a chance to be featured in our art and literary zine as well as to win a gift card! Submissions due by Saturday, August 15th.
Popsicle Stick Wall Art - Decorate a popsicle stick and at the end of the Summer, all of them will be combined into a giant art piece that will be displayed in the Young Adult section! No need to register, just drop in.
Friendship Bracelets - Drop in to make your own friendship bracelet! Supplies will be in the Young Adult section on the second floor of the library.
Water Bottle Stickers - Bring a reusable water bottle and drop in upstairs to the Young Adult section of the library to decorate it with our waterproof stickers!
Painting Stepping Stones - Add a personal touch to your garden walkway with a hand painted stepping stone! To register, visit our Calendar of Events. Wednesday, August 5th 4:00-6:00pm. Registration required.
