Student Self-Care Tips

Physical Health

  • Eat a balanced diet and drink enough water

  • Exercise regularly

  • Get a good night's rest

Mental Health

  • Try meditation and mindfulness

  • Write out your thoughts to get them off your mind

  • Take advantage of student support services available

Student Life

  • Stay in touch with friends and family

  • Keep up hobbies if still available

Health/P.E. Goals

  • I attend every online class session with my PE teacher

  • I try to get at least 60 minutes of movement each day

  • I do my best to eat a healthy meal

  • I hydrate, drink lots of water

  • I keep my social distancing when going for a run, jog, walk, bike ride, or going to the store

  • I frequently wash my hands

  • I try to not touch my face

With school currently not in session, we have made available many activities that you and your family can do together to help lead a healthy active lifestyle.
