Wisconsin DECA 01/22/2025
The District 3 Conference brought record-breaking attendance, fierce competition, and valuable networking opportunities. With successes across all events and inspiring energy from state officers, the event marked an exciting start to the road to SCDC and ICDC.
The Wisconsin District 3 DECA Conference, held on January 11th, 2025, at DeForest High School, was an exciting start to this year’s competitive season! With record-breaking attendance from chapters across the district, the day was packed with fast-paced competition, rewarding successes, and plenty of opportunities for members to network with peers and professionals alike. This year’s competition marked the first step on the journey to ICDC, as members showcased their roleplay and testing skills in a real-world competitive setting. Medals and plaques weren’t the only rewards members took home—connections made and lessons learned throughout the day were just as valuable. The event highlighted the importance of teamwork, preparation, and seizing every opportunity DECA provides.
Wisconsin DECA State Officers Gavin Denning and Nuha Khatri added to the energy, helping to facilitate the event and lead crowd energizers. Their enthusiasm kept everyone motivated, creating a memorable experience for all attendees. District 3’s successes were echoed across Wisconsin, with District 1, 2, and 5 competitions offering similar opportunities for growth, recognition, and networking. Whether preparing for SCDC or continuing to develop skills, members from every district have started 2025 strong on the road to DECA’s International Career Development Conference.
Thank you to all the advisors, judges, and volunteers who made these events possible, and congratulations to every member who competed! The road to success is just beginning.
