District competitions are just around the corner, and it’s time to put your best foot forward! All competitions other than District 6 will be held across multiple locations in Wisconsin throughout January, offering DECA members the chance to showcase their skills and move one step closer to the state competition. Below you can check your district's competition date and location:

Competition Tips for Success
Know Your Event: Review the guidelines for your chosen event and understand the requirements, both for the roleplay and exam. This guide can help you select an event if you're not sure which one to pick.
Practice Role-Plays: Role-plays are a critical part of your event, comprising of 2/3rds of your score. Practice delivering your presentation confidently and professionally. Another great resource is the Competition Cabinet, which can help you study for your role play performance indicators.
Master the Exam: Study using resources like Wisconsin DECA's exam practice website, which you can ask your advisor for access to. Reviewing and taking past exams can help familiarize you with the types of questions you’ll encounter.
Stay Calm and Confident: On competition day, focus on staying calm and showcasing your strengths. Confidence goes a long way!
