Wisconsin DECA Direct

Nearly 1,100 members, advisors, and professionals gathered at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells for Wisconsin DECA’s Emerging Leaders Conference 2024. This annual event brought together students from across the state for a dynamic weekend filled with leadership development, networking, and unforgettable memories.

Participants had the opportunity to engage in a variety of impactful activities, including leadership building, workshops, and best practices sessions. These sessions allowed members to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from the successes of other DECA chapters. The highlight of the conference was an inspiring keynote address by Jim Love, who captivated the audience with his insights on resilience, leadership, and achieving personal and professional success.

Beyond the workshops and speaker sessions, the conference offered plenty of fun. Attendees enjoyed the Kalahari’s iconic water park and Tom Foolerys Adventure Park and Arcade, where they connected with peers in a more casual and lively setting. These moments of camaraderie added an extra layer of excitement to an already enriching experience.

Emerging Leaders Conference 2024 was a perfect blend of growth and enjoyment, leaving members motivated and prepared for the upcoming DECA season. Whether learning new strategies or forming lifelong friendships, participants left the event inspired to make an impact in their chapters and communities.
