This data to better understand how and where student-centered learning is occurring, to develop strategic supports for this work, to build networks of practitioners across the state, and more.

We ask that an individual be identified with each survey submission for future communication efforts.
How long is this survey?
This survey is expected to take between 5-20 minutes to complete based on each school’s implementation of personalized learning.
Most of the questions are multiple choice, with a few questions in each section requesting a brief written response.
What is this survey about?
The survey begins with general questions about personalized learning and then digs deeper into each of the four pillars of personalized learning.
It is important that the person/s completing this survey have an understanding of personalized learning and the four pillars as defined by NCDPI and of the school-based practices. For more information, please review NCDPI’s working definition.
