Earth's Moon

Earth has only one moon which is the moon. The moon is also known as Luna.

Mar's Moons

Mars has two moons ones call Phobos and ones called Deimos. These moons were discovered in 1877 and they were found by an astronomer by the name of Asaph Hall. There Latin names are fear and panic named by the astronomer who found Phobos and Deimos.

Jupiter's Moons

Jupiter has 67 moons the most seen-on satellites-surrounding a planet. Jupiter has a lot of moons so we are not going to go through that but four in particular are very big . The moons are called Ganymede, Callisto, Io and Europa. These are known as the Galilean Moons they are named after the astronomer who discovered them he is called Galileo Galilei.

Saturn's Moons

Saturn has 62 moons. One of the moons Titan you can see on a telescope

Uranus' Moons

Uranus has 27 moons orbiting it. And again one can be seen with a telescope and that's Titania

Neptune's Moons

Neptune has 14 moons. They are Tritan, Proteus Nereid Larissa Galatea Despina Thalassa Naiad
