DBP partners with Springboard to provide Pedestrian Counting technology.
Target Specific Tracking (TST) pedestrian and vehicle counting is a camera-based technology utilizing high definition video. It is a real-time video analytics engine with image processing algorithms that turns video into actionable intelligence.
Counts captured are impressions (as opposed to individual people). This means that if the same person walks a camera three times, the person will be counted as three impressions.
More specific data and reports can be accessed. Please email jordana@downtownboulder.org if you have any questions.
