The ICAN Food Pantry (Irvington Community Advocacy Network) is a non-profit food pantry which has served the community since the 1980s.  It works in collaboration with the Irvington Area Minister's ICAN network of other support services including financial assistance and a clothing closet.

Important News:

CLOSED - the pantry will close on July 4th, in observance of the holiday.

New visitors are given a total of two large reusable totes to bring back with them each visit. 

Visiting the Pantry:

Open every Thursday 1-3p (except if a holiday falls on Thursday or weather emergency is declared)

Only new signups require proof of address within the 46219 zip code (when available)

Two visits allowed per month

Handicapped accessible

Grocery shopping style food selection

Toiletry bag given at each visit

Miscellaneous items provided when available

Other service providers may be present as schedules permit

Please note:
Minors must be accompanied by an adult

Disruptive behavior may result in the suspension of pantry visits

Masks are currently optional for visitors.  The Pantry follows recommended Marion Co. health guidelines and mask policies can change as appropriate
