  1. Toe touch

  2. Jump of choice (right hurdler, left hurdler, pike, double jump, etc.)

  3. Double jump (only if trying out for competition)

  4. Fight song

  5. Cheer (Crowd get on your feet)

  6. Sideline (Dowling unite) - 3 times through

  7. Dance

  8. Tumbling (if applicable)
