Mobile phones

Whilst it is understood that students sometimes require mobile phones to remain in contact with parents before and after school, there is an expectation that they will not be used in any form during the school day.

Students who choose to carry a phone during the day, must have it turned off at all times and the phone must not be visible.

The College takes no responsibility for damaged, stolen or lost phones. Teachers will confiscate any phone that they see or being used in any way during the school day.

For the first offence, these will be retained at the front office for one day. For second and subsequent offences within that term, they will be retained until the end of term or until collected by a parent.
