ALL ABOUT ME!

I am 28 years old and will be 29 in November! I graduated from ATU in May of 2021 with my bachelors in Elementary Education and my associates in Early Childhood Education. This is my fifth year teaching. I taught ALE my first two years, and since then have been teaching 1st grade. 

I live in Dover and I am happily married to my best friend, Wesley Burton. He started his new business "Burton's Builds"  within the last year, where he does new construction, remodels, decks, etc. We both graduated from Dover High School in 2015. We have been married for almost seven years and we have three children! My son is Axel, is 5 years old and is in kindergarten. My daughter is Aspen, is 3 years old and is  attending our Pre-K program as a "Little Pirate"!! My daughter Adlynn will be one in September and can't wait to join the Pirate family. 

My family and I attend New Life Church in Russellville, where I serve in "Little Life" at least twice a month and  a "greeter" once a month with my husband. I have one dog, Opie, who is a St. Bernard mix. I love traveling, spending time with my family and friends as well as cuddling up on the couch watching my favorite TV shows! When I am not at school, I am probably shopping, eating at taco trucks or reading to my children.

My office hours are Monday – Friday 7am-7:55am, 1:10pm-2:00pm, 3pm–4pm
