Richard Guglielmo
I am an English as a Second Language teacher at Dover Middle School. I have been in the district for over 25 years. I have taught all levels of ESL and provided in-class support for Science, Math, Social Studies, and Special Education. I am also a DMS football coach.
I have a B.A. from Rowan University, an M.A. in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson, and an Administration Degree from Liberty University. I enjoy cooking, walking my dogs (Sandy and Mo), and hanging out on Long Beach Island with my family (wife, Carrie, and children, Rocco and Eryn).
Mary Kunde
I have been working at Dover Middle School since 2017 in different capacities, starting as a paraprofessional and substitute and currently as an ESL teacher for both 7th and 8th grades. I am literate in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Indian languages) and can speak Tamil. I have knowledge of Spanish due to experiential learning when living in Mexico for a brief period. My objective is to execute effective skills in 21st-century classroom technology integration through the beneficial instruction of the four language skills RWSL.
Core belief: Culture is the blueprint of a person’s identity, and it should be acknowledged and valued, especially in an ever-growing multicultural classroom.
Sara O'Hagan
I have been teaching at Dover Middle School since 2022. I work primarily with 7th—and 8th-grade newcomer students. I earned my degree in Spanish Literature from William Paterson University, which has given me a deep understanding of language learning and bilingual education.
I coach fall MS girls' soccer and spring MS girls' softball. Outside of school, I enjoy playing softball and volleyball, staying active, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with my family.
