Marketing Campaign Manager

Dott is an e-commerce platform that links national and international sellers to buyers in Portugal with the mission of digitizing Portuguese small brands. Launched in May 2019, Dott already has hundreds of sellers and thousands of products, making it the largest online shopping in Portugal.

Relevance for the organization:


Buyers Team is responsible for everything that is related to the acquisition and retention of Dott buyers. From the planning of a campaign to the strategy to make a client comeback in the future for another purchase. No one is more important than our buyer! Communication, visual coherence, performance and sales are the fundamentals of the Buyers Team.




About the role/responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing calendar with the Buyers Team

  • Plan, execute and create all Onsite Campaigns

  • Plan and update all new Landing pages, A/B tests, experiences or HTML formats to communicate campaigns, product highlights, products recommendations, blog articles, reviews and more.

  • Manage and validate all products and categories for campaigns.

  • Ensure a good user experience for the buyers on all communications, tests & campaigns.

  • Always guarantee the good functioning of the website and campaigns.

  • Work directly with the person responsible for the growth strategy of Dott and all Buyer Team in order to assure that all strategies are executed




Knowledge, Skills and abilities

  • Experience as Campaign Manager or Product Marketing Manager is valued

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript: basic understanding of UX & UI principals

  • Proficient in the use of Google G Suite, mainly Google Sheets.

  • SEO knowledge for validation of text contents.

  • Very organized and goal oriented

  • Creativity and team spirit

  • Proactivity with a growth mentality

  • Analytical Mindset focused on Return on Investment



Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree

  • Experience in Marketing and communication projects

  • Experience with web programming languages (HTML, CSS & Javascript primarily)




Results we are expecting from the candidate

  • We expect the candidate to love implementing effective On Site Campaigns, be involved in selecting the best products for conversion and create outstanding solutions to improve Dott´s growth results. The candidate is also expected to focus on the customer experience of all marketing campaigns and assure to manage reviews and create personalized experiences.
