Head of Finance

Dott is an e-commerce platform that links national and international sellers to buyers in Portugal with the mission of digitizing Portuguese small brands. Launched in May 2019, Dott already has thousands of sellers and millions of products, making it the largest online shopping in Portugal.

To maintain this pace of growth, Dott counts on the best talents, relies on the best business practices, and promotes a differentiating work culture. With a startup soul, at Dott there is maximum freedom and maximum accountability, also counting on total transparency and availability among all departments and employees.

At Dott we go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy at work and that the experience is focused on giving every business the opportunity to achieve greater things through e-commerce. This is our spirit: that everyone at Dott continuously achieves more, and for this, we believe in the power of having a strong community.

Whoever joins Dott believes in this vision, but also knows that we focus on the people who work in making this happen. They also know that they can grow in a place that makes everyone feel like they belong to a common project.

We are creating the structure and processes that will allow Dott to face the challenges that sharp growth and greater scale will bring. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the definition of a financial department in a company with ambitious growth goals that aims to be a reference in the national market and where there will be many improvement projects to scale the business.
