Leveled Library Collection

Accessing the Leveled Library Collection (LLC)

There are over 300 titles in the Leveled Library Collection, in the L4U circulation software.

How Do I Find What I Need?

The complete list is on the shared drive.

Open the Library Folder and you will see three versions for your convenience:

Leveled Library.xls (master list, sorted alpha by author)

Leveled Library (sorted by Level.xls (Fountas and Pinnell)

Leveled Library (sorted by Genre.xls)

When scrolling through the excel spreadsheet you will find: title, author, F&P level, number of copies, summary of the book, genre and a guide, if available.

The number of copies we own varies, as there are a few missing. Please check your classroom and return any copies to me for updating of inventory. We should have a minimum of six for each set.

To Check Out a Leveled Library Set:

Since each book is entered in our circulation system, each individual book in the set must be scanned in and out. All teaching staff have an account in our circulation system. I am happy to show you how to check out books yourself.

If you would like, I will check out the books for you and deliver them to your classroom, with advance request. Or, you may use the iPAC system. The iPAC stands for Internet Public Access Catalog, available on all computers on our campus.
