It's Okay to Judge THIS Yearbook by Its Cover 

Ready to get creative? It’s time to design a fun and exciting cover! Your cover is due before you head out on winter break so flex those time management skills and start today! 

If you choose the EASY design option, Dorian will put together a great cover based on the theme you picked.  Your specialist will let you know when it is ready for you to review, approve, and submit. 

If you chose the INTERMEDIATE or EXPERT design option here are some tools to get you started. Make sure to have your specialist look over your cover before you approve and submit. 

CUSTOM COVER - (Moderate - time commitment 30-45 minutes)  

Choose one of Pictavo’s custom cover designs to match your theme. This option allows you to customize your cover any way you like with text and graphics. Click on the links below to see a variety of options.

STUDENT ARTWORK - (Moderate - total time commitment 1-2 hours throughout the contest) 

Give your yearbook an authentic feel by incorporating student artwork on the cover. To help students create the appropriate size artwork to fit on the cover, click here to download our cover artwork template Click Here. 

• Advertise the cover artwork contest for 2-3 days & pass out paper.

• Collect all entries after 1 week 

• Allow 1-2 days for judging 

• Send winning artwork to your Dorian Yearbook Specialist to upload to your yearbook. (Allow plenty of time before the cover deadline for Dorian to complete this process)

• Artwork must be returned to Dorian before the Thanksgiving break
