The National Equity Project is a non-profit organization focused on supporting leaders in transforming their systems into equitable environments, aiming to improve the lives of children and families who have been historically underserved by providing consulting, coaching, and professional learning experiences designed to promote systemic change and build capacity for equity within organizations and communities; their mission is to transform the experiences, outcomes, and life options of these children and families through leadership development and a focus on building equitable cultures and practices 

The mission of the National Equity Project is to develop leaders to transform the experiences, outcomes, and life options for children and families who have been historically underserved by our institutions and systems.
