Big 5 Data Reports
What Are Big 5 ODR Reports?
The big 5 data report is a monthly compilation of a school's office discipline referral data (ODRs), which includes ...
1. The average number of referrals per day per month
(How many students on average are going to the office every day?)
2. The problem behaviors which occurred
(What was the most frequent problem behavior? Ex. Fighting, Inappropriate Language?)
3. The location for each referral
(Where is this behavior occurring? Ex. In the classroom, on the bus, in the hallway?)
4. The time of each referral
(When is this problem behavior occurring? Ex. Before school, at lunch?)
5. The percentage of students involved
(What percentage of our students are involved in this behavior?)
This data is examined each month and used by the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for problem identification and action planning.
