Conor - 6th Year

I believe that sport brings out the best in me as it gives me an opportunity to meet new people and also to widen my opportunities through the people I meet. If you do try and go out and talk to newer people it can broaden your opportunities to help your sporting career.

"I believe that sport brings out the best in me.."

My dad has inspired me the most out of anyone, he has committed himself to football as much as I have and without the amount of driving and travelling he does I don't think I would have achieved as much as I have so far. He also is straight up with me and I appreciate the most out of all he does, you could say he's brutally honest sometimes but I respect most of what he says like after a game that I may not have played as well as i could have.

PE and engineering. I really like these subjects as I find them interesting and enjoy the practical side of both subjects. Both subjects are quite tough but I find that when you really enjoy a subject its a lot easier to take in the information.

My Dad has supported my sporting journey in getting the accolades and recognition to date. Whether its driving up and down the country or to my international games in Poland and Spain, he has been there.

Hopefully I have a long career ahead of me but I think I would always like to be involved in sport even if it's not football, maybe as a coach or manager. I enjoy watching the likes of match of the day and the way they analyse the games in so much depth
