Apprenticeships are courses which you can do while you are in the workplace. You will get paid while learning and developing your skills. You will get study time to complete your course as well as receive guidance for your apprenticeship. The levels of apprenticeships include level 2- which is equivalent to GCSE, level 3 which is equivalent to A Level, level 4 and 5, level 6 which is equivalent to university degrees and level 7 which is equivalent to masters degrees. Each level of an apprenticeship can last 12- 18 months depending on the role, apprenticeships work in the same way as a job, the company must post the job on the GOV.uk website and then you must apply to it like a regular job.
